Our Patina collection is inspired by our favorite style of home decor, the rustic modern farmhouse. Each piece of patina faux taxidermy is hand made with love in Stewartstown, PA. We coat each faux taxidermy animal head with multiple layers of special paints and activators to weather the pieces and create verdigris, the bright bluish-green encrustation or patina formed on copper or brass by atmospheric oxidation, consisting of basic copper carbonate. We have multiple styles of the patina finish, so please read the descriptions carefully. Each piece will be unique – no two will be exactly the same.
