International phone calls
Trophee fees taken for animals wounded or lost
Personal Insurance and medical
expenses of any kind
NB*** Terms of Business
A deposit of 50% of the daily rate will confirm the hunt.
The remaining 50% will have to be paid 90 days before the hunt.
No refund of the deposit can be made if the client cancels the safari
within 3 months of the contract starting, unless the safari can be
re-booked.
Cancellations prior to three months before the contracted safari will be
refunded less 30 % cancellation fee.
All payments must be made in cash.
