_______I understand that the Taxidermy Express Class is a flat rate of  $3700.   (Express classes with start date after Jan 1, 2011 will be increased to $3900.) This covers my tools, supplies, hides, capes, horns, eyes, and forms.  My only other expense to take this class will be lodging and food.  The  deposit of $500  for this class is enclosed, and I understand that the balance for this class,   will be due on Monday, the first day of class. (Tuition may be paid with cash, personal check, company check, credit card check, credit card, or money order.)  I understand that all reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.  I understand that if I am unable to come to the class that I have reserved, that I can cancel anytime up to 6 weeks before class, and my deposit will be refunded.  If I cancel within 6 weeks of the class start date, my deposit may be refunded at the discretion of the school.  (Which means, we understand that "life happens".  If you get in a bind, just let us know as soon as possible.  We'll do what we can to help  If you can't make it and you let us know, it allows us to notify our waiting list, which really helps us.  On a less friendly note, if you don't show up and you haven't called and made arrangements, it really is a problem, and we will sure have to keep your deposit. )

Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy:

If you want/have to withdraw from enrollment in a class, we honor the following Cancellation/Deposit Refund Policy:   We provide a minimum of three days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, during which a student may cancel their enrollment and receive a refund of all deposit money paid.   In addition, if you are unable to come to the class that you have reserved, you can cancel anytime up to 6 weeks before class, and your deposit will be refunded within 30 days.   If you cancel within 6 weeks of the class start date, your deposit may be refunded at the discretion of the school. (Which means, we understand that "life happens".  If you get in a bind, just let us know as soon as possible! We'll do what we can to help.  If you can't make it and you let us know, it allows us to notify our waiting list, which really helps everybody.  On a less friendly note, if you don't show up and you haven't called and made arrangements, we are unable to issue a refund. )

Once class has started, we honor the following Withdrawal/Tuition Refund Policy.  If you have something terrible and unexpected happen part-way through class, we'll work with you. Often, we can reschedule you to resume class during a different month.   If rescheduling is not appropriate or desirable, we are able to offer you a 50% refund of tuition money paid (minus used specimen charges) if you leave before Day 7 (counting weekends). If you leave between Day 8 and Day 14 (Day 8-Day 28 for Traditional Students) (counting weekends), we are able to offer you a 25% refund of tuition money (minus used specimen charges).   Refunds will be issued within 30 days of withdrawal.  After Day 14 (Day 28 for Traditional Students)  (counting weekends), we are not able to offer you a refund of tuition, and all used specimen charges are immediately payable.
