Once class has started, we honor the following Withdrawal/Tuition Refund Policy. If you have something terrible and unexpected happen part-way through class, we'll work with you. Often, we can reschedule you to resume class during a different month. If rescheduling is not appropriate or desirable, we are able to offer you a 50% refund of tuition money paid (minus used specimen charges) if you leave before Day 7 (counting weekends). If you leave between Day 8 and Day 14 (Day 8-Day 28 for Traditional Students) (counting weekends), we are able to offer you a 25% refund of tuition money (minus used specimen charges). Refunds will be issued within 30 days of withdrawal. After Day 14 (Day 28 for Traditional Students) (counting weekends), we are not able to offer you a refund of tuition, and all used specimen charges are immediately payable.
